A Day in the Life
As a General Surgeon at Sanford Watertown Clinic, your day will involve:
- Performing a variety of surgical procedures, including alimentary tract, abdominal, breast, skin, soft tissue, head and neck, and endocrine system surgeries.
- Providing pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.
- Managing trauma cases and providing emergency surgical care.
- Collaborating with primary care physicians and OB/GYNs for referrals.
- Participating in a 1:5 call schedule, including city-wide call.
- Working a 4.5-day work week.
