Sanford Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Trauma Neurosurgeon to join our growing and dynamic neurosurgery team in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-volume, regional referral center with a Level I Trauma Center designation. You will work alongside a team of 10 neurosurgeons and 15 advanced practice providers, serving a large catchment area across North Dakota and Minnesota.
As a Trauma Neurosurgeon at Sanford Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive neurosurgical care to patients with a variety of conditions, with a focus on trauma. This includes performing history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing surgical procedures. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Sanford Health offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $450,000 to $750,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery, and have completed a Neurosurgery residency program. Trauma Neurosurgery fellowship training or equivalent experience is preferred.
