As an Orthopedic Surgeon at Sanford Health, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will perform surgical procedures, provide non-operative care, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery and possess excellent clinical and surgical skills.

The orthopedic surgery team is supported by a team of experienced nurses, physician assistants, and medical assistants.
There are opportunities to participate in research activities at Sanford Health, but research is not a required component of this position.
There is an opportunity to work with the orthopedic surgery residency program is available, but not mandatory.
The cases will include a mix of general orthopedics, sports medicine, hand surgery (if fellowship trained), and joint reconstruction, depending on your specific interests and training.
Sanford Medical Center in Grand Forks is the primary hospital affiliation.
Sanford Health provides a CME allowance and paid time off for continuing medical education.
