Required Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. degree (experience)
  • Successful completion of a hospital-affiliated residency in Otolaryngology accredited by ACGME, AOA, or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada (experience)
  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Otolaryngology (experience)
  • Experience reflected in residency log or quality profile (experience)
  • Demonstrated clinical activity in otolaryngology for the past 12 months (experience)
  • Minimum of 50 otolaryngology procedures performed in the last 12 months (experience)
  • Ability to perform history and physical examinations (experience)
  • Ability to admit patients (if applicable) (experience)
  • Ability to evaluate and diagnose otolaryngological conditions (experience)
  • Ability to provide consultation on comprehensive medical and surgical care (experience)
  • Knowledge of diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck (experience)
  • Expertise in treating disorders affecting the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems (experience)
