Sanford Health, one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the United States, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND. This is an exciting opportunity to provide full-time hospital/ER coverage, with some minor outpatient surgery, in a thriving and supportive environment.
As an Otolaryngology Hospitalist at Sanford Health in Fargo, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck. You will work in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing emergency and inpatient otolaryngology services. This position offers a proposed schedule of 2 weeks per month (182 shifts), with flexibility offered in the structure of scheduling.

M.D. or D.O. degree, Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology, successful completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency, and eligibility for medical licensure in North Dakota.
The proposed schedule is 2 weeks per month (182 shifts), with flexibility offered in the structure of scheduling.
You will be performing a range of surgical procedures, including emergency procedures, minor outpatient surgeries, and potentially more complex procedures depending on your experience and skills.
The call schedule will be determined in consultation with the department and will be structured to ensure adequate coverage of the hospital and ER.
