You must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, completion of a relevant residency program (Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatric, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, Neurology, Radiology or Surgery), and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Board certification/eligibility is required.
Clinic hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with flexibility possible. Call requirements are subject to change.
You will be supported by 3 APPs and other interdisciplinary team members.
Yes, this opportunity involves teaching residents along with Hematology Oncology Fellows.
The opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient services.

Applicants who have just completed a fellowship can provide their fellowship log as demonstration of experience.
You'll need to provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where you currently have privileges or documentation of your clinical activity for the last 12 months.
