Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and innovative Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospital at Home (HaH) program in Fargo, North Dakota. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Day in the Life

As a Hospital at Home RN, your day will be split between in-home patient visits and command center responsibilities. When working as the Hospital at Home Nurse, you will visit up to 5 patients per day, conducting thorough nursing assessments, administering medications, drawing lab samples, and providing patient education. You will also coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. When working as the Command Center Nurse, you will triage patient calls, activate in-home nurses, and coordinate remote visits for the interdisciplinary team. You will work in our remote hub located at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, utilizing technology to monitor patients and provide support.
