Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Lodge of New Hope, a welcoming assisted living community. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. You will collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor residents' conditions, and provide education and support to residents and their families. This is a short-term assignment of 30 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities for staff support and resident assessments.

Day in the Life

As an RN in our assisted living facility, your day might include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments.
  • Monitoring residents for changes in condition and responding appropriately.
  • Documenting all nursing care provided.

Required Qualifications
