As an RN in our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for patients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide a safe and therapeutic environment where adolescents can learn coping skills, manage their symptoms, and build a foundation for long-term well-being.

The salary range for this position is estimated between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Sanford Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no weekends or holidays required.
You will be working with adolescents aged 13 to 18.
The patients in this program typically have depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
