Role Overview

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of long-term care residents? A Day in the Life of an LTC RN

As an RN in our Long Term Care facility, your day will be dynamic and focused on providing comprehensive care to our residents. A typical day might include:

  • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.

  • Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge.
  • Utilize age and population-specific standards as designated in assigned clinical setting.
