A Day in the Life

As a PRN RN at Bethany LTC, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and identify their individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and respond promptly to emergencies.
