  • Serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

  • Collaborate with pharmacy to ensure accurate medication reconciliation.
  • Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Provide emotional support to residents and families.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and complete resident records.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to infection control practices to prevent the spread of infection.
