Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents facing behavioral health challenges? Sanford Health is seeking a full-time RN to join our Child Behavioral Health Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can utilize your nursing skills to provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families.
As an RN in our Child Behavioral Health Clinic, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of pediatric psychiatry providers and psychologists. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination. The majority of your work will involve phone and MyChart communication, providing education and triaging patient and parent needs. You will also assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, and coordinating admissions when necessary. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet with patients and parents in person, monitor vital signs, and assess for medication side effects.

Sanford Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, qualified candidates are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
