As an RN Clinical Learning and Development Specialist, you will serve as a staff development coordinator and clinical educator within our long-term care settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, coordinate, teach, and evaluate education and training programs for nursing staff. This role involves developing and implementing innovative training methodologies based on adult learning principles, leading nursing education at the bedside, and supporting evidence-based practice. Additionally, you will instruct Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) programs, conducting skills labs and clinical experiences.

A graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience, and an active RN license are required. Long-term care experience is preferred.

The estimated salary range is $65,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
