Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking dedicated and adaptable RNs to join our Children's Resource Team. This unique opportunity allows you to work across various pediatric units, providing critical support and making a real difference in the lives of young patients and their families.
As an RN Float on the Children's Resource Team, you will be an integral part of our Children's Hospital, providing coverage and support to Pediatrics, Pediatric Day Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will fill unit needs arising from increased patient census, higher acuity levels, vacations, and medical leaves. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong clinical skillset to handle diverse patient populations and medical conditions.
In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also serve as a Children’s Hospital Rescue Nurse, responding to Pediatric Rapid Responses, Pediatric Trauma Codes, and Pediatric Code Blues. You will administer Nitrous Oxide for pediatric procedures and act as a valuable resource for nurses providing direct patient care.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, and have one year of RN experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
You will be working in Pediatrics, Pediatric Day Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
This position requires rotating shifts (days and nights), every 3rd holiday, and every 2nd or 3rd weekend.
