As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to newborns and infants with a wide range of medical conditions. To be considered for this position, you must have a Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or be eligible to obtain one, and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Two years of RN NICU experience is required, though Sanford NICU interns & practicum students may be considered.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:1 to 1:3, depending on the acuity of the patients.
The shift schedule is 12-hour shifts, with day/night rotation.
A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants who commit to the role.
