As an RN in our Inpatient Oncology unit, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care to oncology patients, including those undergoing hematology and bone marrow transplant procedures. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide education and support to patients and their families. This role requires strong assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Your day will consist of providing individualized nursing care to patients battling cancer. This includes administering chemotherapy, monitoring patients, and working with their families. You will have an opportunity to refine your skills while becoming educated in the fast-paced world of cancer treatment. Sanford Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $70,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and weekend premium pay.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
