The RN Inpatient - Surgical Oncology and Transplant Services position is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care for each patient. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and emotional support. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
This position involves 12-hour rotating shifts, with scheduled weekly hours of 36.
