As an RN in our LTC facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. You will utilize your nursing skills and expertise to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
