Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society - Maplewood facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to residents in a top-rated 71-bed facility offering post-acute rehabilitation services, long-term/skilled care, and outpatient therapy programs. As an RN or LPN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Day in the Life

As an RN or LPN on the day shift (6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive nursing assessments of residents.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments.
  • Monitoring vital signs and documenting observations.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Providing emotional support and education to residents and families.
