- Ensure office, storage, and closets are clean, organized, well-maintained, and professional in appearance.
- Assist with The Joint Commission (TJC) compliance.
- Participate in staff selection process and interview candidates as needed.
- Schedule days off, holidays, and vacations, ensuring that facility needs are met in accordance with budgeted hours.
- Review duty lists with regular and relief associates periodically and provide assistance to ensure duty lists are revised and current.
- Maintain records and ensure log books are current and maintain all necessary documentation.
