Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Urogynecologist/Urologist to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a multispecialty environment with a strong programmatic commitment and support for the urogynecology service line. You will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of surgical approaches in the management of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence, including vaginal, laparoscopic, and abdominal techniques. Robotics training is highly desirable.

A Day in the Life

As a Urogynecologist at Sanford Health, your day will involve a mix of clinical and surgical activities. You will:

  • Conduct patient consultations and perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of urogynecological conditions, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence.
  • Perform surgical procedures using vaginal, laparoscopic, and abdominal approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, integrated health coaches, and research coordinators.
