• Leading the Next Chapter Operating Model implementation, collaborating with OU PMO, CMO, and Region teams to deploy organization structures, processes, and ways of working.
• Driving GCC agenda for smooth hub transitions, managing interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Managing the Cost Transformation program, focusing on DTV (Demand-to-Value), portfolio harmonization, supply chain, procurement, GTM, and digital initiatives. Act as Saudi DTV Lead, facilitating sprints, prioritization, and value realization.
• Owning the Transformation Management Office: Develop multi-year roadmaps, define project plans, provide governance, track metrics, and ensure benefit delivery.
• Leading 2-3 significant cross-functional projects annually, prioritizing investments, managing resources, and embedding change management.
• Building tools, capabilities, and standard methodologies in partnership with global and sector teams.
