  • Identifying, developing, and sustaining potato farming pockets, both contract and non-contract, to guarantee uninterrupted month-wise and season-wise supplies for the plant.
  • Implementing contract farming norms, seed sales, and maintaining a robust vendor database.
  • Identifying and developing third-party cold stores compliant with PIH norms for seed and chip-grade potatoes, ensuring long-term stock maintenance.
  • Managing online accounting and SOX-compliant documentation for stored materials in coordination with commercial teams at local and head office levels.
  • Fostering strategic relationships with key suppliers including farmers, traders, cooperatives, associations, groups, and NGOs.
  • Ensuring discipline among partners and suppliers, with effective administration of company policies and standards.
  • Owning and driving the Engage Everyday CSR agenda to build sustainable relationships with farmers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of hardcore experience in agriculture input sales, procurement, or supply chain within sales, manufacturing, or processing setups.
