The SC Customer Interaction Sr. Associate position at PepsiCo in New Cairo, Egypt, is a pivotal role within the Global Business Services (GBS) team supporting the GCC Supply Chain. This full-time opportunity involves general customer service administration, order management, and order fulfillment execution. You'll act as the vital link between retailers, the distribution network, and the broader Customer Services Team, resolving daily order issues and implementing business actions to ensure customers receive the products and service they need. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll handle a wide range of tasks critical to supply chain efficiency:

  • Process diverse customer orders including EDI, open text, manual entries, samples, LC, intercompany, and export orders.
  • Address customer queries related to deliveries, shortages, credit claims (CC), transport, commercial issues, finance, traffic planning, and 3PL operations.
  • Manage order failures by reprocessing, canceling, and communicating with customers, transport providers, and credit control.
  • Respond promptly to 24/7 internal and external queries via phone, email, Teams, and Zoom chats.
  • Generate end-of-day reports to ensure all orders are clean and accurate.
  • Book deliveries through customer portals, phone, or email, then input data into SAP.
  • Perform order cleansing and manage exceptions within the network, advising internal and external customers.
  • Handle training and onboarding for new associates.
  • Manage returns and refusals by creating return deliveries, coordinating pickups with warehouses and 3PL, and resolving issues with customers.
  • Conduct daily problem-solving in order processing and coordinate between departments via in-person, phone, Zoom, or email.

Qualifications & Requirements
