Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily export operations such as order entry, delivery scheduling, and customs documentation preparation.
• Liaising with local teams, warehouses, production, and copackers to resolve operational constraints and ensure alignment of production capacity with transport needs.
• Managing customs and trade compliance, including new product planning, validation of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, Incoterms, HS codes, and export licenses.
• Acting as liaison with customs brokers and authorities to handle clearance issues.
• Tracking KPIs like on-time delivery, volume fill rates, and customs lead times; preparing weekly dashboards and escalation summaries for leadership.
• Serving as the primary escalation point for inventory, transport, and customs challenges, while communicating risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinating milestone meetings, maintaining action trackers, and supporting continuous improvement through process gap identification and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
