  • Manage order failures by reprocessing, canceling, and communicating effectively with customers, transport providers, and internal teams.
  • Respond promptly to 24/7 internal and external queries via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom chats.
  • Generate end-of-day reports to confirm all orders are clean and book deliveries through customer portals, phone, or email into SAP systems.
  • Perform order cleansing, manage network exceptions, resolve internal operational issues, and advise both internal and external customers.
  • Support training and onboarding of new associates to maintain team excellence.
