The SC QC Associate - Food Safety position at PepsiCo's October Plant in Giza, Egypt, is a critical role within our Supply Chain Quality Control team. This full-time position focuses on safeguarding food safety across production, warehousing, and distribution processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with international standards such as AIB, FSSC 22000, and NFSA regulations, contributing to PepsiCo's reputation for excellence in the FMCG sector. Ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in food safety, this role offers hands-on involvement in audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
As an SC QC Associate - Food Safety, your responsibilities will include:
Success in this role is measured by achieving 100% action plan completion, sustaining AIB targets, FSSC audits, QAS compliance, and NFSA whitelist status. You will review action plans from various departments, address weaknesses, and contribute to external audit preparations.
To excel as an SC QC Associate - Food Safety at PepsiCo, candidates must possess:
Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, AIB standards, and pest management is essential. Familiarity with Egyptian food regulations (NFSA) and auditing skills are highly valued.
