Job Description

As a Channel Enablement Specialist, (under the responsibility of the Regional Channel Sales Manager), you will collaborate closely with the Regional Channel Sales Manager (RCSM) to support, guide, and lead the execution of Schneider Electric Canada’s strategic initiatives within selected channels. Your role is pivotal in enabling channel partners through targeted marketing, enablement, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with the company’s business development goals for each segment. This position requires a blend of marketing acumen, creativity, and a strong understanding of sales enablement principles. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, and providing sales support to enhance the performance of our channel partners.

 

This is a 6-month contract position.
 

 

What will you do:

  • Content Management: Develop and manage Schneider Electric approved marketing materials tailored for channel partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement tools including merchandising, presentations, product launch and training materials.
  • Partner Support: Serve as a key contact for channel partners, addressing marketing inquiries and support needs.
  • Campaign and Program Management: Execute targeted marketing campaigns regionally
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate channel events such as webinars, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand trends, partner needs, and competitive insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Track performance of marketing initiatives and partner engagement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and sales teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Communication: Communicate all channel-related activations across regions including tools, programs, campaigns, and products.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to travel within region up to 40%
