Job Description

Mission 

 

Operating in Global Marketing division, reporting to Global Marketing Zone Director, the Channel Marketing & Communications Leader is responsible for translating commercial strategies and goals into marketing communication execution, supported by a team of operational of functional marcom experts at global or local level.

Key goals:

- Contributing to improvement of Brand awareness and positioning against competition

- Increasing digital customer engagement

- Influencing commercial opportunities pipeline

 

What will you do?

  • Planning and executing MarCom Programs and Communication Activities in line with country Brand and organic growth objectives as well as BU and Global Functions requirements, leveraging Global Marketing tools and processes, including Marketing Automation.
  • Assessing the MarCom Program effectiveness/ROI and adjust accordingly.
  • Assembling and localizing communication assets by the MarCom mix for country deployment and leveraging global campaigns
  • Providing transversal support and working collaboratively with other functions.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • Master degree in economy, business, management or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • 5  years relevant experience focused on increasing product/brand awareness in the market, creating a brand market for targeted customers, and implementing promotional programs including:
    - Creating and/or coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials based on predetermined marketing themes and messages
    - Identifying the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas
    - Managing in-store promotions and clarifying promotion terms with retailers
    - Managing conferences /congresses/events and coordinating brand promotional merchandise
    - Measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment.
