What will you do:

  • Support customers and sales teams by managing order processing, addressing pre-sales and post-sales queries, and providing essential information about stock levels, credit, logistics, and products
  • Handle customer service requests through multiple channels while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Participate in revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns
  • Create and manage sales opportunities for our teams and partners
