About the Role (Job summary):

 

The Commercial Excellence specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across commercial processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support growth and profitability.

 

What will you do?

  • Commercial Policy Lead
    • Establish and execute commercial policies in partnership with global and regional teams.
    • Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and commercial governance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
    • Serve as a conduit between local operations and global initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Oversee onboarding and training programs for commercial teams.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability development throughout the organization.
  • Process Optimization
    • Support digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Design dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
    • Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and analytics to guide strategic decision-making.
