Job Description

Activities

  • Identification of Improvement Opportunities through tools such as Gap Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and P&L.
  • Follow-up on identified projects according to Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Lean, JDI, Kaizen, A3.
  • Kaizen Event Facilitator.
  • Support for Direct Labor Productivity Analysis and Action Plan follow-up.
  • Coaching and deployment of Continuous Improvement tools: 5S, Daily Management System, TPM, Improvement Ideas.
  • Follow-up with Champions after deployment.
  • Project Management: Centralize and manage the improvement project portfolio, monitoring progress and goal achievement.
  • Awareness campaigns for the implementation of New Systems and Lean Methodologies.

  • Bachelor Degree in related area (Mechanical or Industrial Engineer)
  • +2 years of experience in this role
  • Manufacturing or production background experience
  • Knowledge in continuous improvement methodology (5s, 8 wastes, kaizen events, etc)
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects
  • Leadership skills
  • Proactive and working in team
