About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager Power, located in Ukkel, Brussels, who will be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our digital solutions. You’ll lead ongoing client relationships, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth while minimizing churn. #LI-JB10

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their success across the lifecycle: Adopt, Expand, Renew.
  • Develop client success plans aligned with business outcomes and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Drive product adoption and accelerate time-to-value through onboarding and training.
  • Monitor customer health, share insights, and conduct regular performance reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Ensure data quality and contract accuracy for smooth execution and renewals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • High renewal rates and low churn.
  • Increased product adoption and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, plus English.
  • Knowledge of electro-intensive industries, IoT, Cloud, and digital solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
