Distribution Lead (Palembang Based)  to make an impact!

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for area
  • Establishing or maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual and sales team as a whole
  • Allocating areas to sales team
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for digital sales
  • Drive e-commerce sales performance
  • Identify potential partnerships.
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
  • Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
  • Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff
  • Communicate actively with sales teams in each area to help foster a team environment
  • Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
  • Interview and train new sales employee, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed

 

  • More than 5 years of experience required in traditional and digital sales
  • Well understanding of Sumbagsel and Kepri geographic and culture
  • Well understanding of shipment process to East Indonesia
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
  • Knowledge of or experience with sales & distribution
  • Experience with customer relationship and services
