About the role:

What you will do:

During your internship, you will have the chance to try yourself out in several tasks in the field of procurement. We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:

• Support and drive Sustainability projects within GSC Europe Procurement
• Animation of the community and development of tools
• Lead data excellence projects to ensure the quality of data for the community
• Contribute to development and maintenance of our global Sharepoint Page
• Manage the monthly newsletter, and related tasks
• Support the team with other administrative tasks

What we need from you:

• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; in the field of Economics, Data Analytics, or any IT related field
• Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1 year active student status
• Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team
• You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Being familiar with Python and AI related systems is an advantage
• To be successful in your new role, you will need strong analytical skills
• Be able to navigate in a complex environment and organization
• Be able to connect with people and drive positive change

What we offer:    

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20 hours/week, with a possibility of home office
• You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
• Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 2000 HUF/hour
• We provide a laptop/cell phone for your work
