Role: Electronics COE India Chapter Leader

We aim to support them in the digitization of their operations. Digitization cannot be achieved without driving a shift towards more electronics into our systems/products/offers. The electronics market has been evolving fast in the last decades with strong technology shifts and upgrades. Schneider Electric is taking a step forward to adapt to this market evolution at the right speed. An electronics transformation is on the way with several critical changes operated:
A decision to review the tradeoff between centralization/decentralization of some decisions making on electronics has been made: the electronics CoE , a transverse organization across EM Divisions, has been created to respond to this need.
What: The role is responsible for managing the Electronics CoE Chapter in India (~25permanent contracts). The organization is part of :
