Position Title: Deputy Manager/Manager / Senior Manager – Hardware Design Engineer

Education Qualification: BE (Electronics/ Electronics-communication/industrial/)

Experience: 3-10 years

Key Responsibilities/Deliver:

  1. Drive end‑to‑end embedded hardware product development—from interpreting PRS to HLD/architecture ensuring DfX (manufacturability, serviceability, performance, reliability, cost)
  2. Design and development of Electronics Hardware, & its testing
  3. Strong understanding of Microcontroller & its peripherals functioning.
  4. Power supply design – SMPS topologies, DC-DC converters, High frequency transformer design.
  5. Experience in Analog & Digital circuit design, its signal integrity– Simulation in Pspice, LTSpice, ModelSI IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drivers design, PWM techniques, Snubber design
  6. Strong command over usage of ADC, Opamp, Transistor & AC signal measurement
  7. EMI-EMC Filter Design implementation in electronics circuit design, with compliance of Surge, EFT, ESD, CE,CS, RE,RS etc.
  8. Heatsink calculations, Components selections like Capacitors, LDOs, Inductors, X,Y Capacitors
  9. Knowhow of various IEC, CE, UL, standards
  10. PCB layout understanding, review.
  11. Exposure to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and its application in product design.
  12. PCB design with DFM considerations and EMI/EMC compliance.
  13. Proficient in component selection – op-amps, microcontrollers, power switches, transistors, diodes, and capacitors.
  14. Knowledge of various communication protocols like Modbus RTU, USB, CAN, TCP, Profibus, etc. from hardware design perspective.
  15. Knowledge of various reliability testing like, HALT, ALT etc.
  16. Enhance development processes and systems

Functional Competencies:

  1. Embedded Hardware Design
  2. EMI/EMC standard understanding
  3. Simulation skills

  1. Effective communication
  2. Team player – Individual contributor
  3. Creative and open to learn.
