About the Role

 

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Sales BDM to accelerate growth across targeted segments in Australia. Based in Melbourne, you’ll lead major pursuits, engage with C-level stakeholders, and drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and align APC solutions
  • Lead high-impact sales initiatives with compelling proposals and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive growth across targeted enterprise accounts with a comprehensive business development plan
  • Identify and win new enterprise customers through strategic networking and market insights
  • Shape and execute sales strategies aligned with Secure Power’s goals and the Australian market
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
  • Track KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement

 

What You Bring

 

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within IT, power management, or critical infrastructure
  • Proven success in engaging C-suite executives and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of power management solutions and technical sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies is highly regarded
  • A collaborative, results-driven mindset
