Your Impact

As a Lead Systems Engineer (LSE), you’ll be the technical authority and trusted advisor for engineered solutions across HVAC and building systems. You’ll set the standard for excellence by creating and deploying engineering templates and driving consistency through our Engineering Efficiency Program (EEP).

What You’ll Do

  • Own and approve technical designs from concept to delivery (functional descriptions, schematics, points lists, schedules).
  • Champion best practices in HVAC and integrated systems.
  • Deliver presentations and training to internal teams.
  • Communicate EEP initiatives and gather feedback across the region.
  • Support projects from sales through delivery, ensuring engineering quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to keep solutions competitive.
  • Mentor technical staff and contribute to the national LSE council.

About You

  • Proven experience in HVAC and integrated systems engineering.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Skilled in project engineering and technical training.
  • Proficient in MS Office and organized with great time management.
