Job Description

What will you do?

The Technical Support Center Expert leads ETO technical design support and validation including execution support for Low Voltage Equipment (LVE) projects across strategic Key Accounts in the data center and semiconductor industries.

This role ensures technical excellence, standardization, and industrial process alignment across global project deployments, acting as a central point of expertise and coordination.

Technical Support Center Expert collaborates with:

  • Engineering and Design Teams
  • Global Supply Chain and ETO Plants
  • Strategic Account Executives
  • Project Execution Centers
  • Offer Marketing and Product Development Teams

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design Support

Provide offer selection guidance tailored to customer applications and project requirements.

Validate Engineer-to-Order (ETO) designs for technical feasibility, application fit, and compliance with Type Test standards.

Promote and deploy standardized solutions across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Serve as a product knowledge expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical insights.

  1. Execution Support

Support manufacturing plants during project execution phases, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality standards.

Conduct and coordinate technical audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

Leverage industrial process knowledge to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Travel to VIP customer sites to provide expertise.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Strong background in electrical engineering or related technical field
  • Proven experience in LVE systems, specifically in Blokset &/or Okken in the scope of IEC61439
  • Deep understanding of ETO processes, Type Testing, and application engineering
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and quality audits of Low Voltage panel boards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across global, cross-functional teams
