What will you do:

  • Lead complex installation, maintenance, and repair projects for customer-installed equipment while maintaining highest quality standards
  • Identify and resolve sophisticated technical challenges during equipment commissioning, installation, and testing processes
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships while identifying new service growth opportunities
  • Provide expert technical guidance and recommend product upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and guide technical teams in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to best practices
