Job Description

Roles and Responsibility -

  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
    • Design and develop complex Power Apps applications using canvas and model-driven apps.
    • Create robust and efficient Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
    • Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party systems.
    • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization:
    • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
    • Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Explore new features and capabilities to enhance solution development.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Dataverse, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Power FX, Common Data Service, and Data connectors.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Technical Solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
