Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Training: To sales, service teams on product presentation and applications
  • Training: To new and existing ASC & ISP on product application, programming and commissioning
  • Training: Conduct Train the trainer program for STC. Help them prepare training modules.
  • ASC development: Coordinate and support service team to appoint new service centres, supervise service set up, improve their efficiency thru knowledge upgradation
  • Application and technical support: To ISPs, panel builders, EUs, contractors on specific applications viz. cranes, hoist, conveyor, small and medium automation process viz, F&B segment. He will also support and guide the branch teams to identify and execute new applications
  • Sales promotion: Coordinate and support branch teams to conduct product presentation, demos and support in marketing activities viz. exhibitions, seminars and other meets
  • Support to sales & service: Help in project specification compliance.

 

Key Competencies:

  • Should have experience of working with industrial clients
  • Graduate Engineer with 6 – 10 years of experience in site execution of automation projects involving VFD, PLC, IOT, HMI & SCADA and hands-on experience on programming software of PLC & SCADA.
  • Should have worked as individual and also as a part of cross Function Team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and document processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Should be ready to travel across the various branches and customers of the zone
