Job Description for Oracle Fusion HCM - Data Management Techno-functional Consultant (FTC) with Schneider Electric India

About the role: As an Oracle Fusion HCM - Data Management Techno-functional Consultant, main role is to design / develop / Support Data management activities for HR technologies in Schneider Electric and play an important role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.

Qualifications & Certifications

1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) / PGDBM
2. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Global HR preferably) either specialist or Implementor level.

Required Technical / Functional / Professional Skills

 

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management (techno-functional) Consultant
2. Strong work experience and expertise in HCM Data Loader / HCM Spreadsheet Loader configurations, Data loads for Global HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Payroll Benefits
3. Thorough hands on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI and Data Models
4. Expertise in writing Fast Formulas, EL expressions, Personalization
5. Solid expertise in SQL (atleast 3 years)
6. Should have done atleast 2 implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Data Migration area
7. Exposure to HCM extract is highly preferred
8. Good working background in API management
9. Solid exposure to Fusion HCM Security concepts
10. Good functional knowledge in Fusion HCM modules like Global HR, Compensation, Talent Payroll, Absence management, Payroll, Benefits
11. Atleast 2 years of experience in working through Agile Project Management model
12. Should be a go-getter and strong collaborative mindset
13. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
14. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs

 

 

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. As a Data Management Consultant, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects
2. Conduct Data Loads using HDL / HSDL tools for Projects, CHRs, Support tickets
3. Create / Modify Queries and Reports using BI Publisher, OTBI.
4. Resolve technical / configuration issues.
5. Contribute towards special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
6. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
7. Work in Data Cleanup activities as part of Data Management process
8. Write Fast Formulas, EL expressions to support Campaigns and key projects
9. Contribute in development and testing activities for Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
10. Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates
11. Learn and understand new products as and when required
12. Support GDPR and Data Privacy topics
13. Contribute to Data Audit process
14. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
15. Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
16. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Process (DRP).

 

Shift Timings

 

This is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone. Depending on the need the requirement would be to work in different time zones including US time zones.
