Job Description

Join our dynamic Customer Service team and be the voice of excellence in customer support! We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant who's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction to new heights.

What will you do:

  • Support customers and sales teams with comprehensive order processing, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and credit details
  • Handle technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels including phone, online chat, and text
  • Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency standards
  • Participate in revenue generation activities through lead qualification, outbound campaigns, and quotation preparation
  • Act as a vital liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
