Jouw rol:

Je stimuleert groei door het promoten en verkopen van ons uitgebreide dienstenportfolio – inclusief opstart, onderhoud, modernisering en digitale oplossingen – voor elektrische installaties bij klanten.


Jouw doel? Klantrelaties versterken, onze geïnstalleerde basis uitbreiden en de serviceomzet maximaliseren.

 

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische verkoopplannen voor key accounts in jouw regio.
  • Promoten van het volledige Schneider Electric-dienstenaanbod, met focus op terugkerende en digitale oplossingen.
  • Klanten informeren over onze oplossingen en zorgen voor een hoge tevredenheid gedurende de volledige servicecyclus.
  • Beheren van jouw sales funnel en prestaties via Salesforce (BFO).
  • Samenwerken met Inside Sales en Business Unit Account Managers om kansen te identificeren en af te sluiten.
  • Nauwkeurige forecasts opstellen en tenderteams ondersteunen met tijdige, gedetailleerde input.
  • Marges opvolgen en escalatieprocessen toepassen indien nodig.
  • Schneider Electric vertegenwoordigen op beurzen en branche-evenementen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Masterdiploma in Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica of Elektronica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in technische verkoop; ervaring in service sales is een sterke troef.
  • Vaardig in consultative selling en het opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties.
  • Commercieel gedreven, veerkrachtig en een echte teamspeler.
  • Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Georganiseerd, proactief en leergierig.
  • Bekend met MS Office en CRM-tools (bij voorkeur Salesforce).
  • Kennis van Schneider Electric-producten is een pluspunt.
