full-timePosted: Jan 14, 2026

Job Description

Empower partnerships. Accelerate growth. Lead the future of IT solutions.

APC by Schneider Electric delivers innovative power protection and management solutions for IT environments—from home offices to large data centres. Our mission is to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable power and cooling for critical systems worldwide.

We’re seeking a commercially driven Partner Development Manager to lead and grow our network of partners across New South Wales.

In this role, your mission is to help partners maximise their revenue by unlocking the full potential of Schneider Electric’s portfolio. You’ll balance new partner acquisition with driving deeper engagement, sales growth, and co-selling with established partners. Success is measured by your ability to enable our partners to win new business, deliver strategic growth for their own organisations, and drive joint sales outcomes with end customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain impactful, mutually profitable relationships with key IT partners—deeply understanding their business models and growth drivers.
  • Jointly develop business plans to identify sales opportunities, drive revenue, and deliver measurable results for both partners and Schneider Electric.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market penetration, increase partner profitability, and support partners in delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Actively co-sell with partners, supporting both their teams and Schneider Electric’s sales organisation to close strategic deals with end customers.
  • Onboard new partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate on joint go-to-market activities, including sales enablement and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing training, resources, and commercial support to ensure partners can confidently position and sell our solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue and partner growth.
  • Strong sales acumen, with experience in co-selling and delivering joint customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering value to partners.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to identify market trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Why Join Us?

At Schneider Electric, you’ll be part of a global organization committed to innovation and sustainability. This role offers exposure to commercial strategy, partner enablement, and hands-on sales leadership—opening doors to future growth opportunities within our Secure Power business and beyond.
