Goal nameEffortSub Goals
Business Controlling40%•Review and approval of deals under consideration with appropriate risk mitigation
•Insight out of periodic business performance to enbale direction
•Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives 
Equity Story20%•Deliver the Project Equity Story (Growth, Profit, Cash) 
•To engage with RAC, Strategy and Development Teams to provide inputs/recommendations
• Ensure accurate and timely inputs for MPR , BR and any other Performance reviews 
Transform & Simplify25%•Using system functionalities to reduce TAT and ensure accuracy in monthly activities 
•Learning Tableau and work on various projects like Performance Dashboard, Backlog etc.
•Transform Project Dashboard & publish on monthly baisis to enable better & faster business decision.
Governance15%•Ensure compliance with Internal Controls
•Ensure L2 overview in respective audit areas 
   
1Verticalised P&L for BU alongwith GTN to review and monitor each aspect of business in greater detail
2Revision in Business Review deck to share business reason rather than number crunching
3Developed Tableau dashboard for reviewing Business Performance with BUVP and Sales Vertical heads
4Clean REL reviews from past 1 year due to proactive monitoring of projects balances and regular cleanup
5Comparison of SKU ASP across verticals and GTN
6Review of lessons learnt from executed projects for more objective risk assessment in project controlling
7Initiating review of all RMA and Credit Note cases to identify the causes and work towards reduction of the same
8Balance Sheet review of SEPSL to identify any open risks
9Using system functionality like auto scheduler for PA to get everyday results, optimised 15 working hours per month
10Optimisation in activities like Backlog working from 2 days to 4 hours
11Closure of all KICs self assesment and IA points before becoming due
12New Customer analysis to see the growth in customer base
13Conducted Finance for Non Finance session to build acumen on financial aspects and reduce anxiety over the same
