What will you do?

  • Manage projects from the various small size package projects to the big and complex projects for the Digital Energy division.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Technical Skills & Knowledge
    • Practical skills in project and site management

    • Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects/sites from initiation to completion (order receipt, design, implementation, delivery, financial closure).

    • Basic knowledge and practical ability in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and quality control.

    • Knowledge of contract and procurement management

    • Experience in managing customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and negotiating contract terms (delivery dates, payment terms, warranties, etc.).

    • Experience in at least one critical project area: data centers, pharmaceutical/clean rooms, semiconductor-related projects.

  • IT Tools

    • Collaboration tools

    • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook

    • Documentation and reporting tools

    • Microsoft Excel (budget and progress management), PowerPoint (reporting materials), Word (contracts and specifications)
